Sheela Krishnaswamy is a registered dietitian with over 40 years of professional experience in clinical, corporate, and communication roles across India and overseas. She pioneered nutrition consulting in corporate companies in India and has been actively involved in national and international dietetic associations, holding leadership positions in both. She has had a mainstream media presence since 1996 and previously worked as an associate of Dr. Hans Diehl, Director of the Lifestyle Medicine Institute in California, on research-oriented projects called CHIP about 30 years ago. Currently, she works as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, independently serving as an adviser, writer, anchor, speaker, and corporate trainer.
